Correy, David R.

David R. Correy, 80, of Canton, passed away January 23.

Born and raised in Canton, he graduated from Canton High School and served in the United States Marine Corps. Dave worked as a ramp service worker for 40 years before retiring. He lived in California for over 50 years before moving back to Canton in 2020. He was an avid sports fan and especially enjoyed watching football.

Beloved father of Michelle Medeiros of Middleboro. Grandfather of Keenan and Ryan. He was survived by his former wife, Lee Correy, of CA. Brother of the late Nina Harding, Fred Correy Jr., Walter Correy, and Barbara Washington.

Funeral service Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street. Visiting hours prior to the service from 10-11 a.m. Burial St. Mary’s Cemetery, Canton.
