Code Ninjas celebrates four years in Canton
By Canton CitizenOn Saturday, April 8, Code Ninjas in Canton celebrated its four-year anniversary with an open house and summer camp kick-off event.
The event was a huge success, with over 100 parents and kids attending and participating in fun STEM coding activities, including Roblox, Minecraft, Lego Robotics, Scratch, Junior STEM activities, and more. Code Ninjas’ senseis, who are highly trained coding instructors, made the experience both educational and entertaining, teaching kids how to create their own video games while also instilling problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
“We make it fun for kids while helping them to learn coding,” said Center Director Pallavi Jain. “Our objective is to spread STEM education, and we are delighted to see kids having fun while learning.”
In addition to the fun activities, the event also featured a showcase from Sharon High School’s robotics team (Team Unlimited), who displayed their own created robot. The children were thrilled to experience the robot in action and interact with members of the team.
Code Ninjas is a leading provider of coding education for kids and has over 500 locations worldwide. The objective of Code Ninjas is to spread STEM education, with kids having fun and parents seeing results.
“We are thrilled to celebrate our four-year anniversary and to kick off our summer camp program with this successful open house event,” said Jain. “We look forward to providing more opportunities for kids to learn and grow in coding and STEM education.”
