Gray, Deborah A.
By Canton CitizenDeborah A. Gray (Murphy) of Canton passed away July 16 surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Boston, she was raised in Canton and graduated from Canton High School. She and her husband, Ron, were the co-owners of the Canton Rink Snack Bar and the snack bar at the Canton town pool for over 20 years and she was also the cheerleading coordinator of Canton Pop Warner for five years. Debbie worked for many years as a cafeteria worker in the Canton Public Schools at the Lt. Peter Hansen Elementary School, John F. Kennedy Elementary School and Canton High School and also worked as an Avon lady for many years. Most importantly, she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Beloved wife of the late Ronald A. Mother of Robert L. Gray III and his wife, Christine, of Canton, Kaitlyn Turcotte and her husband, Justin, of RI, and Tamra Stock and her husband, Tim, of Canton. Loving grandmother of Abigail Stock, Keagan Gray, Kason Gray, Olivia Turcotte, Lilianna Turcotte, Dillon Turcotte, and Kenley Stock. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street, Thursday (today) from 4-7 p.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend a funeral service at the funeral home on Monday, July 24, at 12 noon. Interment to follow at Canton Corner Cemetery.
