The Canton Cultural Council is seeking grant applications for artists, musicians, scientists and educators to share their talents with the Canton community.
The 2023-24 grant cycle opens tomorrow, September 1, and the deadline to apply is Tuesday, October 17.
Last year the council awarded 26 grants ranging from $100 to $1,000 to support a wide array of programs, including Canton Community Theatre, the Canton Farmers Market, STEAM education and musical programs.
While the council prefers to fund programs that take place in Canton, a few organizations in other towns were also awarded grants. Applications are available online at massculturalcouncil.org/local-council/Canton.
