Hatch, John J.

He was the devoted husband of the late Barbara J. Hatch (Hockaday). Loving father of Claire E. Gould and her husband, Neil, of Milford, John J. Hatch Jr. and his wife, Donna, of Brookline, Gary L. Hatch and his wife, Karen, of Millis, Lori J. Carey and her husband, Robert, of Norwood, and William A. Hatch of Hyannis. He was the loving son of the late Charles and Rose Hatch of South Boston. He is survived by his sister, Louise Cunningham of Walpole. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
John was an avid bowler back in his day. He enjoyed going on his daily walks to Cobb’s Corner and getting lucky with scratch tickets.
A memorial service will be held at Knollwood Memorial Park Chapel in Canton on October 14 at 11 a.m. Arrangements by the Pushard Family Funeral Home, 210 Sherman Street, www.roache-pushard.com.
