Cooper, Catherine E.

Catherine E. Cooper (Frink), 68, of Canton and Holbrook, died peacefully December 5, 2023.

Catherine was a devoted parishioner and dedicated secretary and co-founder of St. Gregory the Theologian Greek Orthodox Church in Mansfield. She was a supporter of “Food and Friends” and enjoyed playing pickleball.

She was the devoted wife of the late Nicholas Cooper. Loving mother of Cheryl L. Myles and her husband, Thomas, of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Kerry A. Fuentes and her husband, Richard, of Blackstone, Nicholas J. Cooper and partner Haley Godden of Holbrook, and the late Alexandra Cooper. Sister of the late Diane Drucker and Donald Frink. Proud grandmother of Ryan Loughran, Tyler Myles, Dylan Myles, Aidan Myles, Brendan Myles, Xandria Gloddy, and Corey Thibeault. Doting dog mom to Redding.

A funeral Mass will be held Friday, December 8, at 11 a.m. in St. Gregory the Theologian Greek Orthodox Church, 1007 West Street in Mansfield. Visiting hours from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Catherine’s memory to St. Gregory’s.
