Potts, Anita M.

Anita was a certified nursing assistant who worked for the Visiting Nurses Association and Hospice Home Care, in addition to being self-employed. She was the past president of the Sons of Italy in Canton as well as a volunteer greeter at Canton Town Hall.
She was the devoted wife of the late Richard D. Potts Sr. Loving mother of Richard D. Potts Jr. and his wife, Jennifer, of West Bridgewater, Gail M. Curtis and her husband, Michael, of Canton, and the late Wayne T. Potts and the late James M. Potts. Loving sister to Richard Puccio of Attleboro, the late David Puccio, and the late Joanne Conrad. Proud grandmother of Amanda Curtis, Ashley Wile, James Potts, Samantha Costa, Jonathan Potts, and the late Michael Curtis. Proud great-grandmother of Zachary Curtis, Logan Curtis, Michael Curtis, Enola Wile and Vernon Wile.
Visiting hours on Sunday, August 25, from 3-6 p.m. in the Pushard Family Funeral Home, 210 Sherman Street. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Oscar Romero Catholic Church, 700 Washington Street, on Monday, August 26, at 10 a.m. Interment Knollwood Memorial Park.
