This Saturday, October 19, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., the Irish Cultural Centre in Canton will host the highly anticipated fifth annual Boston Irish Beer Festival.

The event will take place on the 61-acre campus of the ICC at 200 New Boston Drive. It combines music, song, children’s activities, Viking shows, archery, beer and cider tastings, and more to create an all-inclusive, immersive celebration of Irish culture.

The festival offers a rich cultural experience with an emphasis on Irish heritage, attracting people of all ages to come together and enjoy a day filled with live music, dancing, and entertainment. Families with children will find a range of engaging activities, including face painting, arts and crafts, hayrides, and an inflatable corn maze. The festival also features thrilling Viking shows, where attendees can witness exciting reenactments that transport them back in time to the era of these legendary warriors.

For those with a taste for adventure, the festival offers archery activities where participants can test their skills with a bow and arrow. Beer enthusiasts are in for a treat as well, with a variety of breweries offering tastings of their finest brews, as well as authentic Irish ales, stouts, and Irish whiskeys. From Guinness to Magners to Flying Tumbler Whiskey, there’s no shortage of offerings on the day!

The festival’s two stages of live music will provide entertainment from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Traditional Irish tunes will echo through the Field Tent, while a roster of area favorites showcase their talent in the Marquee Tent. Whether you’re a fan of traditional jigs and reels, or prefer contemporary sounds, the music at the Boston Irish Beer Festival is sure to keep you moving! Live music will include Strawberry Hill, The Lindsays, Connacht, The David Healy Band, and Sláinte, as well as local traditional musicians and Irish dance performances from The Sullivan School of Irish Dance, The Petrocelli Academy of Irish Dance, The Harney Pender Keady Academy of Irish Dance, and The Dunleavy Boyle Academy of Irish Dance.

In addition to the festivities, local vendors will offer an array of products for shopping and browsing. On the day, attendees can shop Irish products from JAT Creations, Mulligan Gear and Velocity Trade Secrets.
