Anderson, David P.

David P. Anderson, 72, a resident of Canton for over 40 years, died Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at Milton Hospital following a brief illness.

David grew up in Onset, graduated from Wareham High School, and proudly served in the U.S. Navy. He worked for many years as a delivery driver for several local bakeries.

Loving husband of Janis P. (Parker). Father of James D. Anderson and his wife, Christine, of Woburn, and Kristin J. Bousquet and her husband, Dean, of Taunton. Brother of George Anderson of Marstons Mills, Arlene Faigle of Oregon, and Beverly Anderson of Wareham. Loving grandfather of Allison Bousquet, Kirby-Rose Anderson, and Seamus Anderson. David is also survived by his dear cousins Rita, Celia, Marianne, and Marjie and their families.

Funeral services will be private. Donations in his memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
