Coldwell Banker honors 4 Canton residents
By Canton CitizenFour sales associates in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Canton were recently recognized with top sales awards at a special company celebration, held April 10 at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.
Britta Reissfelder was honored with the President’s Circle award, given to the top 4 percent of approximately 85,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system. Harriet Burak, Mary Lisa Caulfield, and Ed Cunniff each received the Sterling Society award, given to the top 12 percent of Coldwell sales associates.
Reissfelder has been successfully meeting the needs of homebuyers and sellers in Canton, Sharon, Stoughton, and surrounding towns for more than ten years. She has been trained as a Relocation Specialist and a New Construction Specialist. She is also a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the American Legion Women’s Auxiliary.
Reissfelder is also active in the community, serving the Canton Fast Pitch Girls’ Softball Traveling League and as a volunteer fundraiser for local elementary school projects.

Both Burak and Caulfied have more than 25 years of experience, and Cunniff has more than 28 years of experience in meeting the needs of area homebuyers and sellers. All three associates, along with Reissfelder, are residents of Canton.
Burak has been trained as a Certified Residential Specialist, a Previews Property Specialist, and holds the highly coveted CRS and GRI designations. She is designated as a graduate from the Realtor Institute, and is a notary public, offering her services to the community. She is also an active volunteer, serving the Canton Area Helpline as second vice president and Temple Beth Abraham as a board member. Regionally, she serves on the Board of Hadassah as an advisor to both the Plymouth and Cape Cod chapters.
Caulfield has been trained as a Relocation Specialist, Previews Property Specialist, Senior Specialist, Buyer Representative & Listing Specialist. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.
Cunniff has been trained as a selling agent and is a Certified Buyers Representative. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the Tri-County Board of Realtors.
