Blue Hills News: Open house, HOF induction
By GuestBlue Hills Regional Technical School, located at 800 Randolph Street in Canton, will have its annual open house on Tuesday, November 13, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. for all interested members of the public, especially prospective students and their families.
Attendees will have an opportunity to meet faculty, administrators and students; see the state-of-the-art equipment used in Blue Hills’ technical programs; view live demonstrations; take tours of the facility; and receive useful information.
Experience the spirit of cooperation and commitment that everyone at Blue Hills shares and that has made the school a recognized leader in education.
Practical, hands-on training is a central feature of technical preparation at Blue Hills. There are 16 excellent technical programs, including automotive collision repair and refinishing, automotive technology, computer information systems, construction technology, cosmetology, culinary arts, design and visual communications, drafting/CAD, early education and care, electrical technology, electronics, engineering technology, graphic communications, health assisting, HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration), and metal fabrication and joining technologies.

Blue Hills Regional announces HOF induction ceremony
Blue Hills Regional Technical School in Canton will hold an induction ceremony for its Athletic Hall of Fame on Friday, November 2, at the Randolph Elks Club, 21 School Street in Randolph, at 6 p.m.
The athletic accomplishments of the following Blue Hills alumni will be celebrated: John Meehan (’75), Michele Brathwaite (’82), Ryan Kiff (’96), and Coach James Green (1971-2007).
Tickets are $20 and can be reserved through Nicole Flynn at nflynn@bluehills.org.
