Garden Club thanks community for continued support

By

The Canton Garden Club is very appreciative of the Canton community’s support of its recent Holiday House Tour and all of its many activities over the past year.

These successes are due to the wonderful response of local residents as well as the club’s hardworking members.

Proceeds from these events are used to support the club’s mission of beautifying Canton and encouraging others to take pride in their community.

The “Welcome to Canton” boxes, plantings at the Canton Public Library and Canton Historical Society, maintenance of several traffic islands, planting of trees on Arbor Day, holiday arrangements for the Massachusetts Hospital School, scholarships for high school seniors, and so much more are all part of the club’s purpose.

Anyone interested in joining and learning how much fun gardening can be should call Joan Lehan at 781-828-7973, or visit the club’s website at www.cantongardenclub.org.
