Millerick, Margaret F.

Margaret F. “Tolly” Millerick (Walsh), 94, of Greenville, Rhode Island, formerly of Canton, died peacefully March 20, 2013, following a long illness.

She was the daughter of the late Michael and Margaret Walsh. She grew up in Melrose before moving to Canton in 1964. Tolly worked as an engineering assistant for the telephone company until retiring in 1983. She was a dedicated parishioner of St. Gerard Majella Church in Canton for many years, donating her time and service. She was also a member of the New England Telephone Pioneers.

Devoted wife of the late Leo F. Millerick. Loving stepmother of Kevin L Millerick of Pompano Beach, FL. Loving sister of Eileen Cronin of Martha’s Vineyard. Tolly is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Monday morning in the Pushard Family Funeral Home. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Canton. If desired, donations may be made in Tolly’s memory to Home and Hospice Care of Rhode Island, www.hhcri.org.
