Columbo, Joseph J.
By Canton CitizenJoseph J. Columbo, Jr., 54, of Canton, formerly of Dedham, passed away suddenly June 30 at the Lahey Clinic.
Born in Newton, he was raised in Dedham and graduated from Dedham High School. He worked as a security guard at Medfield State Hospital.
Beloved husband of Helen J. (Mitcheroney). Father of Joseph J. III and Jenna C. Columbo of Canton. Beloved son of Claire L. (English) Columbo of Dedham and the late Joseph J. Sr. Brother of Martin Columbo of Dedham. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street, Sunday, July 7, from 4-8 p.m. Funeral mass in St. John the Evangelist Church in Canton Monday, July 8, at 10:30 a.m. Burial Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
