Mary F. Park (Obuchon), 80, of Canton, passed away October 15 at the Hellenic Nursing Home in Canton.

mary parkBorn and raised in Norwood, she graduated from Norwood High School in 1951. She has lived in Canton for the last 10 years and previously lived in Hyde Park. She worked as a clerk for the Department of Transitional Assistance for the commonwealth of Massachusetts. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren and was a former Campfire Girls troop leader.

Beloved wife of the late George F. Mother of Julie D. Gortze of North Attleboro and James A. Park of Canton. Grandmother of Nicole Gortze of North Attleboro, Michelle Gortze of Attleboro, Christopher Gortze of North Attleboro, and Denise Moriarty and her husband, James, of North Attleboro.

A funeral mass was held Saturday morning, October 19, in St. Gerard Majella Church in Canton. Burial private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Cam Neely Foundation, 30 Winter St., Boston, MA 02108. Arrangements by the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street.
