Naumann, Robert A.

Robert A. Naumann, 62, of Canton, passed away at home surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Glen Cove, New York, he was raised in Glen Head, NY, and attended New York Institute of Technology. In his earlier professional career he worked as the New England regional manager for Hanover Shoe Store and went on to serve as the real estate sales manager for Can-Four Corp in Canton for over 20 years. He later worked for Home Depot, Rocky’s Ace Hardware in Canton, and in real estate sales for Jack Conway.

He was a big New England sports fan and especially loved the Patriots and Red Sox. He also loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman, boater, golfer, and was a semi-professional skeet shooter. He was a jack of all trades and could fix anything around the house.

Beloved son of the late Alfred and Johanna (Loeb). Cherished brother of Judith A. Jenkins and her husband, Bill, of Canton, and the late Nancy E. Adored uncle of Tyler D. Jenkins of South Boston, Shannon Jenkins and her husband, Doug Roscoe, of South Dartmouth, and BJ Jenkins and his wife, Julie, of Los Gatos, CA. Loving great-uncle of Berkley and Quinlan Roscoe and Tatum and William D. Jenkins III. Also survived by his dear friends Henry and Maryanne Krueger, Wendy Titus, and the entire Titus and Jenkins families, and his goddaughter Elizabeth Krueger.

Visiting hours in the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street, Thursday, November 7, from 4-8 p.m. Friends and relatives respectfully invited to attend a funeral mass at St. John the Evangelist Church in Canton Friday morning at 10:30.
