Canton Police to host drug awareness program

The Canton Police Department will present ‘notMYkid’ on Wednesday, November 20, at 7 p.m. in the Canton High School library. The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session.

With prevention in mind, ‘notMYkid’ is a 45-minute drug awareness presentation for parents of middle school students. It will guide parents through the process of having a conversation with their child about drugs. This event is open to all parents in the community but is primarily geared toward parents of middle school children. Children will not be allowed to attend.
