By Canton CitizenAnne Marie Magee, 85, of Canton, passed away after a brief illness on November 14 surrounded by her loving family.
Born at Norwood Hospital on September 19, 1930, she was a lifelong resident of Canton. She attended Saint John the Evangelist School and graduated from Canton High School in 1948. Anne Marie graduated from the Nursing Program at Children’s Hospital in 1951. Over 35 years she worked as a registered nurse at the Massachusetts Hospital School, Norwood Hospital, Norcap Lodge, the Hellenic Nursing Home, and in the private practice of Nelson Batchelder, MD. She was a lifelong communicant at Saint John the Evangelist in Canton, where she served as Eucharistic minister …
