Dudley, Robert F.

Robert Francis Dudley, 64, of Canton, passed away at Norwood Hospital on April 22, 2017.

Born in Lowell, he was raised in Chelmsford where he attended public school and graduated from Chelmsford High School in 1970. Bob was a member of the last graduating class of Lowell Technological Institute, now UMass Lowell, in 1974. He went on to earn his MBA from Suffolk University.

Mr. Dudley started his business career working in the finance department for many companies, including Johnson & Johnson and Data General. He was a talented businessman and incredibly intelligent. Having worked as a CFO for other companies, it was his dream to start his own consulting company. After he battled and survived cancer he did just that as the co-founder and CFO of Venture Advisors. His success grew rapidly and his clients loved him. Bob was a self-made man; his achievements were all his own, having put himself through college and post graduate school.
