Beatles tribute band to perform in Canton
By Canton CitizenTwist and shout to live Beatles songs, from their early hits through the touring years, with the acclaimed tribute band Studio Two. They will perform on Saturday, October 21, at 8 p.m. at Temple Beth Abraham/Temple Beth Am, located at 1301 Washington Street in Canton. A light supper will be served at 7 p.m.
“I felt like I was 12 years old again when I saw Studio Two at the Stoughton synagogue last year,” said event co-chair Sherry Alpert. “The Beatles changed my life in the 60s, and seeing Studio Two was like time-tripping through my teenage years. I’ve still got all my Beatles records and play them on a vintage record player.”
Studio Two is a headlining Beatles band that pays tribute to the early Beatles years, performing songs from the pre-Sgt. Pepper era. By recreating the Fab Four’s music, instruments, clothes, and onstage banter, Studio Two performs your most favorite hits that will bring people to the dance floor.
Tickets are $20 in advance at www.TempleBethAbraham.org or $25 at the door. Sanctuary and table seating are available. To reserve a table, contact sherry@alpert-publicrelations.com. To reserve supper, contact office@templebethabraham.org by October 17.
Fans of any age are welcome. The concert is a fundraiser for the congregations of Temple Beth Abraham and Temple Beth Am.
