Friends of Blue Hills to raffle dinner for 6 atop Big Blue
By Canton CitizenThe Friends of the Blue Hills are pleased to be partnering with Marina Bay “sister restaurants” Siros and Port 305 — two highly acclaimed and very popular restaurants in Quincy — for this year’s Dinner in the Blue Hills Raffle.
One lucky winner and five guests will enjoy a mouth-watering dinner at the top of the Blue Hills Observatory, the oldest continuously working observatory in the country. The winner will be served a three-course meal by the chef in an exquisite setting at the top of the observatory with a 360-degree view of Boston, the Blue Hills and the ocean.
Tickets are $15 each or three for $35. The winning ticket will be drawn at the Friends’ annual celebration to be held on Thursday, October 4. Ticket holders do not need to be present to win.
All proceeds will benefit the Friends of the Blue Hills, a nonprofit organization devoted to preserving and protecting the reservation’s natural beauty, diverse natural habitats, and many recreational opportunities.
The raffle winner and all guests must be 18 years of age or older. The dinner will be held on a mutually agreed upon date and must be scheduled by October 4, 2019. For more information on the raffle and to purchase tickets, go to friendsofthebluehills.org/raffle2018.
