Beloved wife of the late Murray Florek. Devoted mother of Joan Schottenfeld and her husband, Stephen. Cherished grandmother of Lisa Schottenfeld and her husband, Matt Dunn, and Mariel Schottenfeld and her husband, Dan McGowan.
Rose lived in Israel for 40 years and was a survivor of the Holocaust.
Funeral services were held Monday at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street. Expressions of sympathy in her memory may be donated to the Jewish National Fund, 78 Randall Ave., Rockville Centre, NY 11570 or at www.jnf.org.
