In its annual study, financial technology company SmartAsset looked at the metrics reflective of family stability, physical well-being, personal financial health, and economic security to find the happiest places in America, and Norfolk County ranked among the top 25, coming in at No. 23. Other criteria included unemployment rate, poverty rate, marriage rate, and bankruptcy rate together with life expectancy and amount of physical activity.
