Harding, Mary
By Canton CitizenMary Harding (Jope), 82, passed away June 2 at the Hellenic Nursing Home in Canton.
Born and raised in Boston, she had lived in Canton since 1979. Mary worked for many years as a legal secretary at Ravech & Aronson in Boston and Widdett Law Offices before retiring. She especially enjoyed frequent trips to Ireland to visit her family as well as spending time at the Canton Senior Center and the Irish Cultural Center.
Beloved wife of the late Charles E. Sister of the late Ann Nicholson. Aunt of Judith Bernardi and her husband, Raymond, of Antrim, NH, Robert Nicholson and his wife, Paula, of Stoughton, and Ann Marie Nicholson Monaghan of Stoughton. Great-aunt of Justin Bernardi, Rebecca Bernardi, Declan Monaghan and Dillon Nicholson.
A funeral service was held Thursday at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street. Burial St. Joseph’s Cemetery, West Roxbury.
