Tom is survived by his wife of 10 years, Pauline, and her children Steve, Richard, and Deborah and grandchildren Joseph, Matthew, Mark and Caitlin. Tom was predeceased by his wife, Joan, after 52 years of marriage. He is also survived by his son David (wife Ann) and grandchildren Hannah, Rachel and Leah, and his daughter Joanne and granddaughter Emily. He was predeceased by his son Douglas and is also survived by his grandchildren Dereck, John and Stephanie (spouse Drew) and great-grandson Noah.
Tom is also survived by his brother Robert and sister Anne and was predeceased by his siblings Daniel and Eileen. He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews.
A 91-year-old veteran of the Korean War, Tom’s roots originated in Quincy with hours spent at ballfields and working for the Patriot Ledger. He retired from the Mass. Hospital Assoc. after a long career in health care and moved with his late wife Joan from Canton to beautiful Cape Cod. When Tom reunited with his high school sweetheart Pauline, he relocated to Ellenton, Florida. Tom and Pauline got married and were members at St. Frances Cabrini in Parrish, FL.
