McCarrick, Rene N.
By Canton CitizenRene N. McCarrick (Fares), 43, of Stoughton, passed away September 5 at home surrounded by her loving family.
Born and raised in Lebanon, she has lived in Stoughton for the last six years. She previously worked as a cashier for the Sunoco Gas Station in Norwood.
Beloved wife of Steven D. Daughter of Mahassen Fares (Aoude) of Norwood and the late Nabil Fares. Sister of Najib Fares of TX, George, Yolla and Ezdihar Fares, all of Norwood, Toni Fares of Australia, Mango Sarkis and Sylva Amari, both of Stoughton, and Collete Geha of Seekonk. Daughter-in-law of Donald and Barbara McCarrick of Middleboro. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street, Thursday, September 8, from 4-8 p.m. Funeral service at St. George Orthodox Church of Boston Friday, September 9, at 10 a.m. Interment Canton Corner Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to St. George Orthodox Church of Boston, 55 Emmonsdale Rd., West Roxbury, MA 02132.
