Hundreds recognized at Scholastic Honors Night
By GuestSuperintendent Derek Folan and Principal Jeffrey Sperling are pleased to announce that numerous Canton High School students were honored at the school’s annual Scholastic Honors Night.
The event, held Tuesday, May 17, served as a celebration of the academic excellence, service, leadership and character of CHS students.
“So many of our students have excelled in the classroom; on the courts, fields, and stages; and in their chosen extra-curricular activities,” Sperling said. “We are honored to properly recognize these students for their many outstanding accomplishments.”
As part of the event, Sperling announced that Lauren Hernon will be the valedictorian and Suraj Ramanathan will be the salutatorian for the CHS Class of 2022.
