Sifakis, John A.
By Canton CitizenJohn A. Sifakis, DDS, 92, of Canton, formerly of Milton and Ayer, died peacefully July 20, 2022.
John was a dentist with his private practice serving his community for many years before his retirement. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Massachusetts Dental Society and a member of the Fin, Fur and Feather Club.
He was the devoted husband of the late Elaine Sifakis (Philopoulos). Loving father of Michelle Sifakis of CT, Martine Sifakis of Needham, and Dana Sifakis of TX. Brother of the late Ellen Green, Manny Sifakis, and Paul Sifakis. Proud grandfather of Dean and Christian Zariphes, Evan and Otis Tsingos, and Luke Muranaga.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 26, at Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton.
