Metro, Mildred K.

Mildred (Millie) K. Metro, 94, of Norwood, formerly of Cambridge, MA, and Delray Beach, FL, passed away on November 10, 2022.

Dear and devoted wife of the late Peter Metro. Dear sister of the late Donald Khouri, Louise Mulcahy, Edward Khouri, and Frances Michaels. Loving aunt of many nephews, nieces, great nephews and nieces, and great friend to many throughout her lifetime.

A funeral service was held Tuesday in St. George Albanian Orthodox Cathedral, 523 E. Broadway in Boston. Contributions in Mildred’s memory may be made to the church or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105 (stjude.org) or to Shriner’s Hospital.
