Prendergast completes football season at Bowdoin

Congratulations to Canton resident David Prendergast, who just finished up his first season at Bowdoin College as a member of the Polar Bears’ football team.

Prendergast, a former first-team All-ISL quarterback and Boston Globe Player of the Week from Thayer Academy, split time between the defensive unit and the quarterback position for the Polar Bears. Bowdoin (4-4) retained the CBB trophy by defeating Colby 20-10 in the season finale on November 12.
